We ship worldwide with FedEx and in Europe mostly with UPS. In some cases, we are using National Courier (CzechPost) for some countries which are not covered or the box is too big.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If the product is in stock, we are shipping within a few days and then it depends on the shipping delivery dates to your destination. If the product is not in stock and has to be produced, the production usually take 5-10 days to finish.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE with FedEx, UPS, DHL, POST. We don’t ship to certain countries in Europe where we have an exclusive dealership. For more information please contact us.

What Is Difference Between OEM Seat Unit and Racing Seat Unit?
With the OEM seat unit, you have to use your original seat from the motorcycle. With Racing Seat Unit you need to use a seat foam with the glue or any other type of foams.
What Is Included in the Kit?
It depends on the certain models, but usually, you have Upper fairing, sides, lower fairing, seat unit and dzus fasteners. Some particular models have to be bought together with Air ducts or tank cover either it wouldn’t fit as a kit. Additionally, for almost every model you can add extra as a front fender or tank cover etc.
What Brand of Windscreen Do You Offer?
We are selling PUIG brand with our fairings, but also the OEM standard will fits.
In Which Color I Can Buy Fairings?
We produce our fairings only in White Gelcoat colour.
What Materials Do You Use?
We use GFK fiberglass FLEXI has a white RAL 9003 in the base material and is UV stable with a lot of reinforcement from Kevlar-Carbon in the stressed parts. The heat resistance of the material used is 100 ° C. The fairings are very light and flexible with great durability.
Do You Offer Painting or Stickers?
No, we don’t offer this services.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You need to contact us before the goods are produced or shipped out to change your order or cancel it. If the product is already produced or shipped out, it is not possible to cancel it.

How Can I Return a Product?
You can return goods in 14 days after delivery if the goods are unpacked and unused without any damage. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the factory.
My Product Arrived Broken?
When you accept the delivery from courier you have to inspect the parts immediately and if there is some damage you have to contact us within 24h to claim it. Do not accept very badly damaged box. We will try to claim it together with you to the delivery courier. We will try to repair it or replace it if damage occurs in the material.
